1. The service
We provide AI companion chat, one-time USDT access plans, and features aimed at real-human connection (waitlist, manual matching, Premium+ demos). Some People profiles may be demo or waitlist-stage while live matching rolls out.
2. Eligibility
- 18+ only
- You must be allowed to use the service where you live
- Account details must be accurate and yours
3. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials. Contact us and change your password if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Fees & USDT
- Payments are one-time USDT (TRC20); no auto-renew
- No refunds after payment (mandatory consumer rights reserved)
- When access expires, plan returns to free
- We are not responsible for wrong network / amount / wallet sends
- Failed on-chain verification may block activation
5. Acceptable use
- No minor-related content of any kind
- No harassment, threats, stalking, or doxxing
- No scams, spam, or phishing
- No illegal activity coaching
- No abuse via reverse engineering or abusive automation
6. AI content
AI replies are fictional entertainment, not medical, legal, or financial advice. Models can be wrong.
7. Real-human interactions
Matching/intros are facilitation only — no outcome or safety guarantee. You are responsible for meetings and off-platform contact. See Safety.
8. Intellectual property
Site design, brand, and software belong to us. You grant us the licenses needed to operate the service on your content.
9. Suspension
We may limit or close accounts for violations. You may request account closure.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim indirect damages, lost profits, and data loss. Mandatory consumer protections still apply.
