This Privacy Policy explains what personal data elsewhere.bond (“we”, “service”) processes, why, and your rights. By continuing to use the service you acknowledge this policy.

2. Data we collect
- Account: email, auth identifiers, session cookies (Supabase Auth).
- Profile / subscription: plan, billing period, plan expiry.
- Content: chat messages, conversation summaries, waitlist notes.
- Payments: USDT amount, network, transaction hash, payment status. On-chain transfers are public.
- Safety: reports, blocks, technical error logs.
- Technical: IP/proxy headers (rate limits), standard hosting logs.
3. Purposes
- Provide the service and perform the contract
- Payment / plan verification and fraud prevention
- Safety, abuse handling, and legal obligations
- Product improvement (aggregate / technical where possible)
4. Processors
We don’t sell your data. We may use hosting (e.g. Vercel), database/auth (Supabase), AI inference (OpenRouter / model providers), and chain verification (TronGrid, etc.) as needed to operate the service.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active. Chats and payments may be retained for continuity, disputes, and safety for a reasonable period. Legal retention duties may apply to deletion requests.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and (where applicable) portability by email. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
We use cookies required for session and security. Age-gate and preference signals may use browser storage. For traffic we may use cookieless, aggregated Cloudflare Web Analytics — no marketing cookies.
8. International transfers
Providers may be located in other countries; transfers use appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
The service is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, we close the account and delete related data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the updated date on this page.
